Pick-Up Catering
Let us do the cooking! We are located inside The Local where you can pick up all the proteins and sides you need for your large event or meeting. Added bonus: No service fees, No delivery fees, just great BBQ…
Drop-Off Catering
No time for a pickup? We will bring it to you! Order 48 hours ahead and just tell us where. The Hattie’s BBQ van shows up loaded with tender smoked meats, famous sides, and exceptional service. Your selections arrive hot in disposable pans, ready for you to set up in your space for your guests to enjoy right away.
$200 minimum order, $35 Delivery Fee within 6-mile radius, 15% Service Fee. Outside of the Boulder area, additional mileage + labor fees apply.
Drop-Off Catering with Set-Up
Our drop off catering service plus a friendly member of our staff will set up your meal at your location with disposable pans and fuel to keep it hot for hours. We know just how to arrange it, so the line flows smoothly. This is a great option for business meetings, outdoor parties, and large picnics!
$200 minimum order, $70 Delivery Fee within 6-mile radius (includes 1 hour labor), 15% Service Fee. Outside of the Boulder area, additional mileage + labor fees apply.
Full-Service Catering
Work with us to plan the food for your special occasion. We’re great at weddings, rehearsal dinners, big celebrations, graduations, company picnics, festivals…any large event needs BBQ! We’ll go all out for you with a tasteful presentation, tables and linens, non-alcoholic beverage service, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. We deliver, set up, serve, and break down after your meal service. Let us know what you’re looking for!
